COVID 19 Office Update
With the emergence of COVID 19, it was important for us to create a safe, but still efficient closing experience for all parties involved.
Our closing solution is customized to what the Client feels comfortable with, while adhering to the Center of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. The degree of social distancing, the amount of protective gear they wear, inside or outside, whatever the customer is comfortable with.
Every Fox Title staff member is required to wear a mask and hand sanitizer is placed for use by Staff and our Clients. In addition, we have plexiglass stations that reside in each of our designated closing offices.
